什么样的工厂可以入驻？+
有企业主体、能提供营业执照与食品相关许可的工厂或生产型企业。平台对买家的承诺是「可核验」，所以无证作坊、个人供货一律不入。
要交哪些材料？+
营业执照（统一社会信用代码）、食品相关生产/经营许可、出口食品生产企业备案（直接出口时）、清真证书（出证机构、编号、有效期、认证范围）、产品资料与检测报告（按需）、联系人与收款主体信息。
How long does review take?+
With complete documents we reply in one go: what passes and what is still missing. It depends on how complete the file is — the less missing, the faster.
Can we supply without the app, by WeChat or email?+
Yes. Onboarding documents, quotations and order communication can all run over WeChat or email; the app is only there for you to check listings and order progress yourself.
We have never supplied halal markets — where do we start?+
Install the app and scan the ingredient panels of what you already make, to see whether there are common risk points such as animal-derived or alcohol-carried ingredients; that step is free and needs no sign-up. If you are unsure, send us the panels and we judge item by item. When a target market is decided, we check the factory's certificate and the destination registration requirements one by one.
我是贸易商、没有工厂，能供货吗？+
可以，但要能指明实际生产工厂，并按工厂口径提供资质与证书。平台上发布的信息必须与实际生产一致——我们不接受「报这家工厂的名、货却不是这家厂产的」。
Which products definitely need a halal certificate?+
Essentially all products with animal-derived content: beef, mutton and poultry and their products, animal fats (tallow, mutton fat, chicken fat), gelatine and collagen, animal-derived enzymes or emulsifiers, and alcohol-carried seasonings. Note the difference: pork-derived ingredients (lard, pork gelatine, pork extracts) are not "needs a certificate" — they cannot be used. Purely plant-based items (dried fruit, nuts, tea, sugar, salt, vegetable oils) usually do not need a certificate, though some retail chains still ask for one as a listing condition. Watch shared production lines: if the same line also runs meat, cleaning validation or a dedicated line is required.
What do we provide for one listing?+
Product name, category, unit written as "carton", specification dimensions and values, MOQ, master carton size in cm, gross and net weight per carton, supply price, images, HS code. Anything missing can be marked as pending — we will not fill in numbers for you.
为什么外箱尺寸是必填？+
平台的拼单按体积（CBM）聚合买家需求，缺箱规的 SKU 不能参拼，系统会直接拒绝。没有箱规 = 这个商品上不了拼单。
可以只发工厂现货包装货吗？+
可以。对外默认走工厂包装货；买家要求时再做贴牌（按你的定制起订量逐项报价）。
图片有什么要求？+
不带二维码、联系方式、店铺水印；不能用别家商品的图；实拍要能看清包装与产品本体。带工厂品牌/公司名的实拍，上架前会与你确认是否做遮罩。
Who handles the other languages?+
We translate automatically into 14 languages. Right after you save, the page still shows the original text; translations appear after about 3–5 minutes. You can also send us your own wording and we will use it.
If we change a price or specification, do earlier quotations change?+
No. Offers, proforma and commercial invoices, contracts and packing lists are fixed when issued; a change only affects documents issued afterwards.
谁定价？+
你给供货价（成本口径），平台对海外买家报价。对外价格不公开，只出现在报价单与 PI 上。
How does a factory join a group-buy?+
Tell us the volumes and tiers you can supply (by CBM), or put them in the listing. Buyers pool to a tier by country and city and the order is placed together; you produce to the agreed lead time and support inspection and sampling before shipment.
A buyer asks for SKU details and carton data — can we send them?+
Let us send it. Verified buyers can see it in the app, or we export the catalogue and send it over. Please do not hand your full carton data and cost sheet to a buyer directly — that is the main route to being cut out.
How and when do we get paid?+
The settlement cycle and method are stated in the cooperation agreement, and you get a written settlement note before signing. We do not promise unagreed ratios or payment dates on this page.
平台怎么收费？+
Onboarding itself is free; the service fee on completed orders follows the cooperation agreement, item by item before signing, with no hidden deductions.
质量或规格不符怎么处理？+
以合同约定与批次 COA 为准：出货前验货与留样是双方的核对节点，发现不符在这个节点解决，责任与赔付按合同条款执行。
平台会不会绕过工厂直接找买家？+
The platform matches and executes (pricing, documents, customs, pickup points); it does not produce and does not replace the factory. While a group-buy is filling, entity details stay with the platform; after it closes, only what customs, invoices and the contract require is disclosed. Specifics follow the cooperation agreement.
我的资料与图片会怎么使用？+
仅用于平台交易、单证出具与买家看货；平台不使用工厂资料从事与该工厂直接竞争的业务。
Can we keep selling through our own customers and channels?+
Yes, it is not exclusive. But the same production batch must first cover the lead time of platform orders.
违规怎么处理？+
证书造假、以次充好、擅自联系买家：商品下架并暂停接单；情节严重的终止合作。
