Global halal food supply chain, sourced and certified before it leaves the factory
HalaLive is a global halal food supply chain: sourcing from China, mixed group-buy and export. You tell us the product, the destination market and the volume; we find the plant, verify the certificates and documents item by item, handle the export paperwork and move the goods to your pickup point.
What we actually do for a buyer
Six things between your inquiry and the carton arriving — each one is work we do, not a badge on a wall.
Sourcing & factory vetting
We match your spec to plants we have visited, and check business licence, production licence and export food producer filing before we quote.
Certification, per item
Certificate checks per item: halal certificate, export food producer filing, HACCP/ISO where the plant holds them — issuer, number, scope and validity go into the offer, and anything not held is not claimed.
Specs, samples and trial runs
Spec sheet agreed in writing, samples cut from production, then a trial order in the factory pack before you commit to volume.
Export documents & customs
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, health certificate, halal certificate and batch COA — issued under our customs registration.
mixed group-buy by city
Order below a container? Combine volume with other buyers in your country and city by tier (CBM); we appoint one broker and you collect at the country pickup point.
Private label & packaging
Your brand, your artwork and destination-market labelling, produced at the factory's custom MOQ and quoted per project.
Too small for a container? That is the normal case
Most first orders are 1–5 CBM. We combine volume with other buyers in the same country and city, quote per tier, arrange one customs broker for the group, and you collect at the country pickup point. Cross-city combining is allowed while we build the network out.

mixed group-buy: buyers in the same country·city combine volume by tier (measured in CBM); the platform arranges the customs broker centrally and goods are collected at the country pickup point.
Categories on the shelf
Eight lines we currently source for export markets. Item-level specifications, carton data and pack formats are shared with approved buyers.

Chinese hot pot soup bases in retail and food-service formats for export markets — beef-tallow and vegetable-oil bases, supplied from factories we buy from regularly.

Chocolate & compound chocolate
Chocolate from a cooperating plant in Ningxia — bars and moulded items in pure cocoa butter or cocoa butter substitute, with domestic halal certification and multi-language labels.
Certification & compliance: what we hold, and whether it meets your market
A certificate is only worth what can be verified. This section states what we check, which certifications we hold and do not hold, and what you need to tell us early if your market is stricter than ours.
Credentials, verified item by item
Our supplying factories hold China-domestic halal certification and export food-producer filing. For each item, the issuing body, certificate number, scope and validity are listed with the offer. HACCP / ISO are listed as each factory actually holds them.
What we do not hold, stated plainly
We do not make a blanket claim of SFDA, ESMA, JAKIM or BPJPH recognition. If your market requires one of them, tell us before we quote and we assess the route and the timeline per item.
Documents complete, shipped with the goods
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, health certificate, batch COA and halal certificate are issued with every shipment, ready for your customs clearance and listing file.
How an order runs
Five steps, with the approval gates where you decide — nothing is produced or shipped without your written go-ahead.
Inquiry
Product, specification, destination city and target volume. We answer with what is available, what is 待确认 and what we cannot obtain.
Samples & spec sheet
Samples from production, spec sheet in writing, and the halal and test documents we can actually provide.
Offer & contract
Price, MOQ, packaging, lead time, Incoterms and payment stated on the offer; group-buy tier confirmed if you are combining volume.
Production & inspection
Production against the agreed spec, retained samples per batch, pre-shipment inspection and loading photos before the container is sealed.
Shipment & documents
Booking, loading and the full document set — plus the tracking details to your customs broker.
Where the app fits
We also turned ingredient-compliance checking into a tool — scan an ingredient panel and it flags the commonly animal-derived or alcohol-carried risk points — to help Chinese products line up with halal-market requirements. It does not replace a factory's halal certificate or your product registration in the destination market; the business on this site is the export and supply chain above.
Halal scanner
Photograph a package and check the ingredient list against halal risk points — for buyers checking competitor products on a shelf.
