Factory-packed goods usually start at 200 kg or 1 CBM per item, and items can be mixed to reach the tier. Private label runs at the factory's custom minimum, quoted before you commit.

Yes — that is the normal first order. We combine your volume with other buyers in the same country and city by tier (CBM), appoint one broker for the group, and you collect at the country pickup point.

The supplying factories hold Chinese domestic halal certification; the certificate number and validity go into the offer per item. We do not claim international recognition (SFDA, ESMA, JAKIM, BPJPH) unless it is actually held — if your market requires it, tell us before the quote.

Yes. Tell us the items and the delivery address; we confirm availability and courier cost (usually on your courier account) before sending. Samples are cut from the same batches that fill orders.

Stated on the proforma invoice for each order. Payment is made only to the account named on the invoice — we never request payment to another account.

Confirmed per order: stock items leave faster than custom runs. The loading date is in the offer and we update it if the vessel schedule moves.

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, health certificate, halal certificate and batch COA — plus the ingredient, allergen and nutrition data your own registration filing needs.

Yes — private label and OEM: your brand, artwork and your market's labelling rules, produced at the factory's custom MOQ and quoted project by project.

We export under our own customs registration and prepare the full document set. Clearance in your country is normally handled by your importer or the broker we appoint for a group-buy tier.

Yes. For confirmed orders we arrange a factory visit and pre-shipment inspection; before that you can ask for a live or recorded walk-through of the plant.
