Saudi Arabia
Our main lane. Food imports are registered in the SFDA system by the importer, labelling must be in Arabic (bilingual accepted), and the halal certificate must come from a body recognised in Saudi Arabia — confirm this with us before the quote.
Requirements are the operating checklist we work to with buyers in each market. Your importer or customs broker has the final say on filing.
What your market requires
- Product registration in the SFDA system, filed by your importing entity (we supply ingredient, allergen, nutrition, shelf-life and case data).
- Arabic labelling (bilingual Arabic/English accepted) with ingredient, allergen, net content and shelf-life declarations.
- The halal certificate must come from a body recognised in Saudi Arabia. Our factories currently hold domestic certification; international recognition is assessed per item.
Documents that ship with the goods
- Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin
- Health certificate and batch COA
- Halal certificate (number and validity)
- Ingredient, nutrition and case data for your registration file
Buyer questions for this market
Do you hold an SFDA-recognised certificate?+
No. Our factories hold Chinese domestic halal certification and we never present it as an international one. If your market requires a recognised body's certificate, tell us before the quote and we assess the route and timeline per item.
Can I start with a group-buy trial?+
Yes. A first order of 1–3 CBM is common for Saudi buyers; we combine tiers in the same city, appoint one broker and you collect at the country pickup point.
