Kuwait
A GCC market we are opening. Food imports are registered and labels approved with the Kuwaiti authorities, Arabic labelling is mandatory, and the halal certificate position is confirmed per order with the importer.
Requirements are the operating checklist we work to with buyers in each market. Your importer or customs broker has the final say on filing.
What your market requires
- Food registration and label approval filed by the importing entity.
- Arabic labelling with ingredient, allergen and shelf-life declarations.
- Halal certificate as required by the importer; where no internationally recognised certificate is held we say so before the order.
Documents that ship with the goods
- Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin
- Health certificate and batch COA
- Halal certificate
Buyer questions for this market
Is group-buy available for Kuwait?+
Yes, combining tiers by city (CBM). Cross-city combining is allowed while we build the network out; later it is separated by city.
Can you supply Arabic labels?+
Yes — destination-market ingredient, allergen and nutrition labels are applied over the existing pack, with no change to the production line and artwork approved by you.
